Whether you eat meat or not, this video by the Humane Society of the United States is a must watch. Could you spend four minutes in a crate so small you can barely move? Most people couldn't when they took the challenge, but according to the Humane Society, many pigs spend much of their lives that way. This video is a good wake up call for many of us to be more thoughtful about where our food comes from!
