Elephants are one of the largest animals on Earth.
I look at them as gentle giants, because they're so calm, peaceful, and slow-moving. They can weigh anywhere from 6,000 to 20,000 pounds.
Can you imagine them being afraid of anything? All they'd have to do is stomp, and they could pretty much squish anything with their weight.
But, as it turns out, they definitely have some fears.
And the baby elephant you're about to see below is scared of a baby goat. Yes, a baby goat. Harmless, right?
Of course, there are much more serious threats in the real wild for many elephants, but this tiny baby goat is just enough to confuse and concern this sweet baby elephant.
It screeches and runs for its life, surprising everyone watching. Although it's clearly scared, it's kind of adorable, too.
This poor baby just didn't know what this goat was, so it's natural for it to be confused. Running right over to Mom or Dad's protection seems like a pretty reasonable reaction, and a great way to stay protected. Especially when your parents are thousands of pounds.
