Dogs and cookies are two of my favorite things. Both are sweet and smile-worthy. Put them together and that’s my happy place.
Meet Paddington, a one-year-old Pomeranian with a flair for cooking – or rather tasting! This puffball fancies himself the next Nigella Paw-son.
Paddington and his person, Cayla Gallagher of Toronto, whip up all kinds of delicious puppy friendly treats like duck-shaped cookies, red velvet cupcakes, triple-decker frosted birthday cakes with strawberries and carrots on top, and of course, good old-fashioned pasta! Paddington even has his own, tiny Pomeranian-sized chef’s hat, which somehow manages to stay on his extremely fluffy head.
This dynamic duo started taping their cooking sessions last November. The video doesn’t feature Cayla much (even though she is clearly doing the work), but we see lots of Paddington’s precious face, cocked head, and wide eyes as he waits for his fair share. He gets to try each and every yummy creation. Just watch as he takes down the mini-layer cake and digs right in!
Paddington causes chaos in the kitchen by trying to eat all the food, but that’s what makes it so crazily adorable. Cuteness alert: if you are at work, close your office door as you may start giggling really loudly when you see this cuddly chef in action.
