It's so important for a pet to live a healthy, active lifestyle, no matter how old they. For this little puppy, that is an understatement.
In the video below, posted on April 6, 2017, a playful golden retriever puppy sees her owner doing some push-ups on the tile floor. She quickly decides to join in, just not in the way anyone would expect.
She plops onto her owner's back as he raises and lowers his entire body with his arms, then the fluffy puppy lays her tiny paw on his head and stands up on her hind legs as she is lifted and lowered during the workout.
The "athletic" canine seems to enjoy these push-ups, especially because the man in the baseball cap is doing all the work.
Her other owner cackles and asks the fluffy puppy, "You doing push-ups?"
She lets her movements speak for her as she continues to stay on top of her owner's strong back.
Suddenly, the push-up master lets his body collapse onto the ground. Perhaps the fluffy puppy's added weight becomes too much for his arms to handle. He reaches his hand back and pets his companion's face.
The fluffy puppy doesn't move an inch. She must be tuckered out too, after all of that effort!
