Every night, Maria and her husband go through the same routine with Nikita, their 2 1/2 year old Alaskan Malamute mix… and it's absolutely adorable and hilarious.
Maria told us, "Nikita is very vocal and does this every time my husband tries to move her. Her mother is also our dog, so we have basically raised her since she was a baby. She has always laid on top of us since she was a newborn puppy and she continues to insist on doing it now, at 90 pounds. She does not like when we try to move her to go to the bottom of the bed. She often protests vocally." …I would say so, Maria!
There's nothing I love more than a canine temper tantrum — remember this hilariously jealous Great Dane? Or the Boxer who refused to leave the couch? Priceless, every time.
I just love this gentle giant. I can see how uncomfortable it would be to have a 90-pound pup sleeping on you (duh), but boy does she make a strong case.
