Summer is in full swing, and it’s already getting hot, hot, hot outside! I’m definitely experiencing a little bit of pool envy for all of my neighbors with swimming holes in their backyards, and resisting temptation to run through the neighbors’ sprinklers when they water their lawns. Though, would they really mind that much?
This horse didn’t resist any temptation when it came to sprinklers, and got his head right into the sprinkler to cool off. At first, it looks as though he’s not sure what to make of it, but eventually seems to be very happy to cool down. He’s even joined by a fellow horse pal, and they both love the break from the heat. If they get really hot, they’ll have to follow the lead of Faa Sai the elephant, who took her sprinkler game to a whole new level!
This video has inspired me to try this DIY pool noodle sprinkler for my backyard. Sure, I’m a little older than the target demographic for sprinklers, but it just seems so refreshing! Everyone deserves to have some fun in life, and it really seems like these two beautiful horses know exactly what they're doing!
