Ruby Mae was taking an early morning walk with her owner when she darted toward a neighbor's porch. There, covered in blood with his umbilical cord still attached, lie a baby boy, born only hours before. The baby had been abandoned on a random stranger's porch. Unbelievable. Doctors say if it wasn't for the dog sensing something was wrong, the baby would have likely died in just a few hours.
Police in Port Huron, Michigan are currently searching for the baby's mother. The baby, known only as "Baby Brandon," had a low body temperature when he was discovered by Ruby Mae, but he's now healthy and recovered.
