Here’s something you don’t hear about everyday. In Hollywood, an 84-year-old landlord is ONLY renting to people with pets. That’s right, pets are mandatory if you want to live in one of her apartments and there’s no way around it. She loves animals and simply wants more around, especially in her old age. Unfortunately, most people don’t share her great idea and it’s usually the other way around – with landlords banning pets. This is such a refreshing idea… what a cool old lady, right?!
