Man Slams Dog On Concrete, Help Us Get Him Maximum Penalty! This Is DISGUSTING!

An online petition drive is demanding the “Maximum Punishment” for a man who was seen abusing an innocent dog in a public area.

Lancaster, California man Robert Martin has been arrested after a neighbor took the video below of him intentionally hurting a small dog in a family community. The 54-year-old man was recorded dragging the small dog in the air by his leash before picking up the dog and slamming the helpless animal onto concrete pavement.

Waiting at a bus station with his young son, Lindsey Cooks was horrified by the man's behavior and started recording the incident. Cooks called out Martin on his behavior, in which he responded to African-American Cooks "shut up N—."

Cooks called the police to report the animal abuse and Martin was arrested shortly after. Animal Control picked up the dog, who was thankfully not seriously injured. Cooks said it best: "You look at the video… there's something really wrong with the guy. He don't need animals or kids around him." Today, the online petition is asking for the maximum punishment to be given to the racist animal abuser, which would likely include fines, jail time and to be kept away from animals.
