As someone from the country, I know that squirrels + birdseed = bad news. Very cute but very determined, squirrels can be a bit of a backyard pest — as Susan from Downeast Thunder Farm quickly learned!
Not long after hanging her lovely new bird feeder, Susan was visited by a fluffy friend with nothing but birdseed on the brain!
But, like King Tantalus and those tasty apples, the birdseed proved to be just out of reach for this little scoundrel!
Thankfully, Susan had her camera at the ready.
