Fraser the therapy dog works at Chippenham and Johnston-Willis Hospitals, bringing happiness, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose to the patients there every day. This video shows the kind of day the Fraser usually has, and why he's so important to the patients.
Therapy animals can give people a sense of normalcy and happiness they may not otherwise experience, and these animals usually expect nothing in return except a few pats on the head. They are such a vital part of the healing process that I think every hospital should have one!
