Jace Hanson, 22, a former employee of the Hereford House restaurant in Leawood, who has been charged with 22 felony counts of criminal threat for allegedly contaminating food, as well as one count of criminal damage, waived his rights to a preliminary hearing at the Johnson County District Court on Tuesday. Hanson also faces 10 felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child for allegedly possessing materials related to child sexual abuse. Hanson will appear in court again on Dec. 6.
