In London, one 11-year-old boy has just shattered world records and made history — and he's done it with a piano. Dubbed the "Mini Mozart," this little prodigy is taking the music world by storm, and now he has the credentials to prove it.

When Curtis Elton was just 3 years old, he began to play the piano. By age 4, he could already read music. And seven years later, at just 11 years old, Curtis would achieve his most shocking feat yet.
He would graduate from college, making him the youngest person in the world to hold a degree in music.
But given his years of training and his natural-born talent, it's no surprise that this "Mini Mozart" would excel at such a young age. Though he started off with children's tunes like "Yankee Doodle," it wasn't long before Curtis evolved to masters like Beethoven and Chopin.
Mom Hayley, a pianist herself, is incredibly proud of her young virtuoso — but she was shocked at how quickly he absorbed his schooling. "Even if children start an instrument young, they might not want to continue," she told Mirror. "But Curtis loves playing the piano and he is very keen to learn."
Now, the future looks bright for young Curtis. Though he's not sure whether he wants to be a concert pianist, a doctor, or the Prime Minister, chances are he'll be able to achieve whatever he puts his mind to.
Since earning his degree, Curtis has even gotten a taste of fame when he was invited to perform on Britain's Got Talent. Audiences were shocked when they saw how beautifully this little boy could play.
Though he received all "yes" votes, Curtis was ultimately not chosen for the final round. However, that's certainly not going to stop this little prodigy! With talent like his, the possibilities are endless.
