9-Year-Old Girl Has The Best Time Dancing To Country Music

Dance is the best medicine. No matter what is ailing you, dancing will always pick you up! If you're not in the mood to dance, watching videos of someone who loves to dance also does the trick.

Adalia Rose loves to dance. If she's not teaching her little brothers how to dance, she can be found dancing to her favorite musician Selena Quintanilla! Adalia's mother always manages to get the best videos of Adalia enjoying herself while dancing.

At 9 years old, she is smaller than other girls her age, as Adalia has progeria. It is a rare disease that affects only one in 20 million people. The disease causes rapid aging in children and is usually diagnosed in their first year or two of life. Even though she has progeria, it hasn't stopped Adalia from being a little fighter!

In the video below, Adalia shows off her impressive dance moves to Blake Shelton's hit country song "Friends." She is absolutely adorable, tapping her little feet to the beat! There's a reason this video has been viewed over 5 million times in less than a week—it is pure happiness.

To see more of Adalia’s journey, you can follow Adalia Rose on Facebook! You can learn more about progeria at Progeria Research Foundation.
