When Sir Paul McCartney was performing onstage over the July 4th weekend at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY, he looked out in the audience and two signs grabbed his attention.
One, which was held by a woman, read "He won’t marry me ’til he meets you." The other, held by a man, said "I have the ring & I’m 64."
Of course the rock legend invited the couple onstage in hopes to watch an engagement unfold, but what he wasn't expecting was for the man to offer up his own serenade for his bride-to-be!
This surprise ending was an absolute delight! Not only is this a moment the happy couple will never forget, I am sure it one of the more memorable shows Paul has played recently!
