Behati Prinsloo talked about giving birth to her third child on The Mother Daze podcast. Behati and Adam Levine had their third child in January, and Behati described the birthing experience as "bliss and pain" and a "roller coaster of feelings." She made the decision to give birth without an epidural. "My doctor at a certain point was like, 'I just want to let you know, this is kind of the point, if you were going to get anything, you know, this is it,'" she said. "She was like, 'It's up to you. Nobody's putting pressure on you, do what you feel.'"
When speaking of her baby, she used he/him pronouns. She has not shared the baby's name publicly. “I felt so connected with him (while giving birth)," she shared.
She also shared that she was amazed by a picture that her doula showed her. Shortly before her child was born, Behati was apparently laughing, according to the photo. She doesn't recall this moment because she was just trying to "get through this."
Behati also revealed that Adam Levine was supportive throughout the process. Adam cut the umbilical cord, according to Behati. "It was his favorite thing to watch and to be there and to help me through it," she said of Adam. "And people telling him what to do to help me, too. Like the doula putting him there where she would have been just really making this into such a beautiful experience for everyone."

She also shared that Adam was nervous and ate a lot of donuts because he eats when he's stressed. After her third birthing experienced, Behati was amazed by what she did. “I was just so amazed by women in general. I was like, 'Wow, like I freaking did this,'" she shared.
