Everyday on the set of Hot In Cleveland, Betty is greeted by her assistant with a hula dance — but on this particular day, the hula dance had something a bit… different about it.
That's because it was Betty's 93rd birthday, and what a better way to honor her than with a surprise flash mob with choreographed dance moves! The look on Betty's face is priceless. It's incredible to watch her light up and laugh hysterically, and it's enough to bring tears to my eyes.
Betty's career has spanned more than 70 years. She has received three American Comedy Awards, three Screen Actors Guild awards, four Golden Globes nominations, a BAFTA, a Grammy, and 23 Emmy nominations with six wins She's the only woman to have won an Emmy in all performing comedic categories, and has become the oldest nominee overall as of 2014 for best reality show host.
