Aside from their merchandise, they're also known for their customer service. In 2017, Forbes interviewed CEO Tony Hsieh , who claimed that his ultimate goal was to answer every customer email in the span of an hour. They also try to remember that each and every customer is a real person with a real story. The company has been known to occasionally send flowers when they find out a customer is making a return due to an unfortunate circumstance, or sit and listen when someone just needs to talk. It's inspiring to hear such a new, fresh approach to customer service.
