I've seen some of my younger cousins find interesting hobbies over the years, but so far none of them have been quite as unique as the newest fad that seems to be sweeping kiddos today: garbage trucks.
Sure, I've seen children play with toy semi trucks and toy fancy sports cars a million times, but the sanitation vehicle is definitely a fascinating choice. Five-year-old Daniel is always thrilled to see his favorite truck roll around his block, and the same goes for girls, too, as Brooklyn proved in her neighborhood. Whether it's the automobile mechanism or the weekly routine that catches their eye, it's the kindness of the people who sit inside that make all the difference for these youngsters.
For his seventh birthday, Cohen probably asked for a shiny new toy trash truck, but he definitely didn't expect it to be delivered by his local crew themselves! As he so adorably explains in the video below, he first thought he had mixed his days up when he saw the truck coming down the road and worried his family had forgotten to leave their cans out.
Instead of picking up, though, they were dropping off not only a toy truck, but a whole gift bag full of goodies for the little guy! Cohen's mom told the news reporter how her son loves spending time looking up the different types of trucks on YouTube and that she's happy to support his passion, no matter how strange it might seem to other more judgmental folks out there.
Take a look to see all the excitement and hear from Cohen.
