It's always a pleasant surprise when an animal does something completely unexpected. Remember the first time you saw that video of a dog surfing? You were blown away because who ever thought dogs could surf, right? Well, thanks to YouTube, now we could literally sit back all day and watch animals do funny, unexpected things.
Take this video by YouTuber Andrew Sharples, for instance: With the cold weather putting a nip in the air and dropping some snow on the ground, he decided it was time for him and his cats to have a little fun. In the YouTube video description, Andrew actually says that his cats wanted to go sledding, so he took them out in the backyard.
We were skeptical when we first read that, but then we watched the hilarious video and realized that he was probably telling the truth. These two cute kitties actually do look like they're having a great time playing around in the snow and even sledding down a makeshift hill in the backyard. Who would have ever imagined that a cat would want to go sledding?
The best part of the video comes when one of Andrew's cats makes it down the hill, twice, all by himself. Andrew throws his hands up in the air, cheers, and brings the cat back up the hill for another run. It's hilarious.
Andrew takes a quick turn (and falls flat on his backside), but he wraps up the quick video by holding both cats and going for a ride down the hill. With the excellent soundtrack playing, this is one of the most fun videos we've seen all day. It's the perfect way to put a quick smile on your face!
