If you have kids, or have just been cooking for years, you're probably constantly trying to figure out fun, new snack ideas. Flipping through cookbooks helps, but sometimes we just need another internet friend to lead us in the right direction. That's why YouTube is so great — so many people out there are way more creative when it comes to cooking than I'll ever be, and luckily, the recipes they come up with are not only fun to watch, but really easy to follow.
Amy Lorcuto is a YouTube cook who has an amazing twist on cupcakes! With just cake mix, 1/3-cup of vegetable oil, instant pudding mix, three eggs, and two cans of Coke, she makes a delicious cupcake concoction. But that's not even the best part about these cupcakes. After removing the tops of the Coke cans and pouring the batter in, she cooks the cupcakes inside! The result is an awesome "Coke float" dessert that is going to impress even the most jaded cooks you know!
