When you have a big family, it can be pretty hard to get everyone together and organized for a photo, but the Roussel family achieved the impossible.
With 17 cousins in total, ranging from 2-14 in age, this is one impressive family photo. To this family, though, this photo means so much more than a pretty image.
When asked to comment on what makes this photo so special, Chrissy Roussel of Roussel Six Pack told LittleThings that, "The five youngest kids, Libby, Abby, Ruby, Emmett, and Maren, were all conceived in the month after my Dad died. It was the shock of our lives to discover we were pregnant with triplets. We call those five babies the 'Frederick Five' in memory of my Dad. He always loved the beach, so I think we all felt his presence when we were lining up all the kids for this photo.
"It's just such a remarkable thing to see 17 kind, happy, thoughtful kids that came from my parents. The kids are such a beautiful legacy of love, and I know my Dad would be so proud."
Knowing that, this color-coded photoshoot is even sweeter.

Here they all are with Grandma, Mary Frances Fox.

These little ones really do love each other!

It does take an army to rally a family this big.

While Annabelle took the pictures, the rest of the adults danced about getting the little ones to stay put.
