Dogs love having a special outdoor house to call their own, where they can bark at squirrels and deer to their hearts content, bury their prized rawhides, take shelter from the weather, and have naps cuddled up in close proximity.
Perhaps one reason that dogs love dog houses so much is that by nature, they're den animals, just like their wolf ancestors.
