When you're a parent, it can be hard to find time to do it all. You have to balance your daily chores and work around the lives of your kids, and many times, that means you don't have a lot of time to get a workout in. But this dad isn't letting fatherhood get in the way of exercise…and he isn't letting exercise get in the way of fatherhood, either! He's found the perfect way to spend time with his kids and stay in shape.
After seeing so many of my friends struggle to stay fit while taking care of young children, I'm super impressed by this guy's creative way to babysit and get ripped at the same time. Just like this guy who has trained his puppy to workout with him, this dad really knows how to keep his kids entertained and occupied while still getting his blood pumping! Nobody would blame him for slacking off on his exercise routine to take care of these youngsters, but it seems like they're loving this as much as he is.
I struggle to even do one pull-up, so seeing this guy do so many with two cute kids attached to him is definitely motivation for me to get my butt to the gym more. This looks like it requires even more focus than doing yoga while adorable kitties climb all over you! This dad is definitely dedicated to taking care of himself and his kids, and he deserves a lot of credit for it.
