Receiving a hug from your dog is probably one of the sweetest and most human-like signs of affections that really connects us more with our canine friends! We see clips all the time of man’s best friend greeting their owners with hugs and kisses, but in the video below, it’s almost like you get a glimpse into how just much dogs remind us of ourselves.
Every night when Jack gets home from work, his Alaskan malamute, Lakota, greets him by jumping up on the couch and giving him the biggest hug possible. If that wasn’t already adorable in and of itself, his dog even buries his head in his owner’s neck and squeezes a little extra hard on each hug. You can tell that this man and his dog have a really strong, loving connection with one another, because this pup definitely didn’t want to let go of him once he got home.
The love between this man and his dog is just downright adorable! This video definitely has me hoping that my future dog will greet me in the same way when I come home from a long day of work! I love this!
If you do, too, then please SHARE this with all of your dog loving friends!
