For many people, dogs are not just best friends, they are also important family members.
Growing up, I considered my dog to be one of my sisters. I cherished every night that she spent sleeping at the bottom of my bed, even though she snored nonstop (raise your hand if you feel me on this).
Bottom line, though: The love between people and their pets is unconditional.
