Getting emotional in public is rarely for good reason. Usually, it's because you can't control your overcoming feelings of sadness or anger. In those cases, it's not a nice thing to have someone bring those emotions upon you while in a public place.
However, sometimes not being able to control your tears is for a happy reason.
I remember seeing this little girl cry when she found out that she was going to get a new baby brother or sister, she was so young, yet her reaction was so sincere and emotional. She definitely deserved that ice cream cone!

Being so happy you could cry is the best feeling in the world, if you ask me. It's as if your body can't process the amount of good in your life, so you cry to let it all go!
