Being a parent is unlike any other job in the whole wide world. You never get a break, and you're always on call. It's very rare that you get to put yourself first as a parent.
Yet, it's still an amazing experience. If any other job put you through the wringer like parenting did, you'd quit in an instant. But with parenting, you really just have to laugh, because while one moment might make your ears spout steam, the next will melt your heart with joy.
It's an emotional roller coaster, to be sure.
Many parents are able to find the humor in moments of frustration. Luckily, some of them decided to post their experiences online for us all to read and commiserate with. This is exactly what the internet was made for: parent tweets.
These 14 parent tweets are all so true, so real, and so funny that you have no choice but to laugh.
