At some point in life, everyone has packed a lunch. Whether it's a lunch for you or meal for a spouse or child, it always takes the same amount of effort.
Some people like to make their work and school meals first thing in the morning, before leaving the house, while others like to do their meal preparation at the beginning of the week.
Preparing meals in advance can help lower your stress levels during the week, and they can guarantee you're eating healthier options, rather than just whatever you can grab fastest in the morning.
A 21-year-old mom and wife named Gracie recently shared some photos of her meal prep online, and it instantly went viral.
Gracie cooked a variety of veggies in the oven, put together fruit salads, and closed everything in plasticware containers.
She put up four photos, but one in particular — that showed a genius plasticware life hack — got a lot of attention.

Gracie shared these four photos to her Twitter account, and within a week the post had over 14,000 likes and 2,200 retweets.
Gracie wrote, "Awake meal prepping Randy's meals to take him tomorrow for his last week in Utah."
So what exactly made this Tweet go viral?
The photo in the bottom right corner, which shows some tiny containers tucked inside of larger plasticware containers.
The picture shows some small condiment containers stuck into the lids of the larger sealable boxes.
Did you know this was even possible? Most people who saw Gracie's post felt like this was mind-blowing new information.
One woman wrote, "omg that's what that thing in the middle is for….."
Although the middle part is usually advertised as part of the interlocking lid system, it can also apparently be used to hold salad dressing and condiment containers!
Someone even shared Gracie's photo on Facebook, expressing her shock at finding out that plasticware containers could be used like this.
Another woman wrote, "I never knew this either, quite a revelation!! Thank you for showing us!!"
On top of all the comments expressing surprise at the life hack, there were also a lot of people just asking for Gracie's recipes.
Her food does look pretty incredible!
If you want to try this yourself, you can buy some small condiment containers and snap them into the round indents in the lids of your plasticware!
Have you ever tried this before?
