How can you look back at past performances of legendary artists and not admire their talent?
Just think about the time John Lennon performed a raw version of "Imagine." There's also Rod Stewart's memorable performance of his #1 hit “Tonight’s The Night" back in 1976.
Now just imagine having two of the greats on stage at the same time. It doesn't get any better than that and the gem below is certainly one of those incredible moments.

Aside from how well their voices sound together, this performance also features a superb guitar solo from Campbell at the one-minute mark. This is just as great as the time Campbell performed "Amazing Grace" with Dolly Parton.
Many YouTube commenters praised the singers for their talent, whiles others became nostalgic over those good ole days. Newer fans, who didn't even grow up in the era, were just as blown away.
"Wish things these days would slow down and simplify up a little more like they were in those days. Just seems like such a more relaxed and enjoyable time," one wrote.
