An 80-year-old grandmother in Croatia is taking the internet by storm thanks to unbelievable makeovers her granddaughter gives her.
Tea Flego, a professional makeup artist based in Pula, Croatia, doesn't just add some blush and mascara to her grandmother's face. Instead, she uses the famous contouring technique to make her grandma, Livia Mulac, look nearly unrecognizable.
The longtime makeup artist, who has shared several photos of her grandmother's contouring makeovers in the past, more recently posted a video on Instagram. The latter quickly gained international attention with more than 14,000 likes and over 2,000 comments, many of which were written by stunned viewers.
"She is the kind of grandma that was and is modern one. She likes to joke, she is really kind and friendly, and recognizes beautiful stuff. She is not ashamed of her wrinkles and age, but she says, 'Why wouldn't I go to the nursing home ball with full makeup and [look] 30 years [younger]?'" Flego told LittleThings.
The contouring technique, which essentially enhances bone structure, is a growing fad used by tons of Hollywood stars and often demonstrated by YouTube stars. (Who could forget about Promise Phan's cleavage contouring video?) And now Ms. Mulac is proving that contouring can work at any age.

Granny Livia Mulac looks years younger anytime her granddaughter, Tea Flego, gives her a contouring makeover.
Age spots on her skin are completely removed, while wrinkles are also diminished. The latter is this grandma's favorite part, her granddaughter said.
Her eyebrows are also defined with the help of Wunderbrow, a product that makes it easy to create full brows that also look natural.
The professional makeup artist truly does a great job contouring her grandmother's face.
And let's not forget to mention her acrylic nails, which make her look even more fierce!
And if you're wondering how this grandmother feels about her look, her granddaughter says she's thrilled.
"Being in a nursing home and getting informations [sic] about reactions all over the world, means a lot for her," Tea Flego wrote on Instagram.
And Grandma Mulac also has a message for females everywhere: "There are no ugly women, only lazy ones!"
Her granddaughter also told LittleThings that this hip grandma has now become the nursing home's mascot. How cute is that?
