For anyone who thinks that you can be "too old" for something, you might just want to watch this incredible video of three brave grandparents who aren't afraid to take on a young thief when they catch him red-handed!
Peter Mueller, 70, Adly Gorrafa, 81, and Sheila Gorrafa, 78, are becoming local celebrities after they realized they didn't have time to wait for cops. Instead of hanging back and letting a bad guy get away, they sprang into action and detained the dangerous burglar!
Mr. Mueller was visiting the home of his recently deceased mother-in-law when he and his relatives spotted the burglar acting suspiciously.
Quickly realizing that he was stealing some jewelry, the three managed to fight the burglar to the ground and keep him there until cops arrived. While many of us would be too afraid to approach a criminal, these three "old people" showed that age is nothing more than a number, and that you're only as old as you feel. And it's pretty clear that these three must feel like rookie cops full of energy and strength!
It turns out that the cops had been searching for this criminal for over 18 months at this point, but thanks to the quick and selfless actions of these three, they put a bad guy behind bars for more than two years!
The cop who made the arrest had a body camera running at the time, so you can see just how amazing these three senior citizens really are!
