Halle Berry has been an icon in the entertainment world for decades, but if you’ve ever seen her performances in movies like Catwoman and John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum, you’re likely aware that she’s a health and fitness advocate as well.
This video posted on YouTube by Celeb Workout gives us an inside look at the health and wellness plan that the former model turned Oscar winner has followed throughout her years in the acting game.
During her intense training period for Catwoman, Halle had lunch with none other than Oprah Winfrey. Oprah told her that she looked great, but that she figured that she must have been spending all of her time in the gym. Halle divulged that she was actually only spending approximately 25 minutes of her lunch break each day working out with her trainer.
Celeb Workout shares that when Oprah asked Halle about her eating habits and explained her assumptions about her not eating very much to stay toned, Halle let her know that she was eating at least five times per day to keep up her energy and give her body much-needed fuel.

One thing that also seems important to Halle is variety and not doing the same exact workout routine every single day.
“I do a workout that just … revolves around my body weight most of the time. I do yoga sometimes. Pilates. I kind of switch it up because your body gets used to the same exercises,” Halle explained in footage from an interview.
