We've seen some pretty amazing births around these parts, and this one is no exception! Now this is something you don't see every day! A fisherman turned midwife after he helped deliver a pregnant stingray's pups seconds after catching it. He was about to use the ray as shark bait when he noticed another stinger sticking out of it.
As each of the babies pops out, I couldn't help but think this video is both beautiful and slightly gross at the same time… but hey, that's nature for ya!
While the fisherman caught some slack for intruding on this mother's natural process, at least she and her babies were given a second chance in the process. What do you think of his choice to help Mama Stingray?
