Horse Eats Out Of Red Bucket, Then Sprinkles Leftovers On Street For Group Of Hungry Pigeons

Interspecies bonding is always beautiful and intriguing. It's not every day you get to see kindness between a carriage horse a flock of hungry pigeons.

This dark horse was enjoying a red bucket of food on the streets of New York City when he was suddenly surrounded by a large group of gray pigeons. The birds were pecking at the ground, hoping to pick up some grains that the horse had dropped by accident around his eating area.

It didn't take long for the horse to realize just how starving the little guys at his feet were. He decided to do something about it.

The generous horse picked up a mouthful of food, but instead of swallowing it, he reached over his red bucket.

Then, he wiggled his lips and sprinkled tiny specks of food all over the cobblestone street, just for the pigeons to eat.

The pigeons were having an absolute frenzy as it rained lunch from above. The group of birds pecked all around the red bucket as their new horse friend kept sprinkling portions of his food. He obviously didn't want his winged buddies to go hungry.

The horse continued his thoughtful behavior a few times, showing that every animal deserves a good meal.
