Nancy, a horse owner in Elk City, Oklahoma, recently got a huge surprise when she walked into her barn. "I went out to check horses and this is what I find. I can say with certainty that this horse is one broke dude. Thank you Lord I needed this today….." As you're about to see, Rocky the horse had a visitor in the form of Chickaleta, his feathered friend who found her favorite new place to take a much-needed nap. Nancy walked into the barn and caught Chickaleta resting comfortably on Rocky's head! How hilarious is this?!
Nancy couldn't help but start recording these funny friends on her camera phone, then posted the video to prove it to her friends on Facebook. She had no idea her video would be so popular with 40,000 shares.
Notice how calm and aware Rocky acts around Chickaleta. Even when she walks down his back and nuzzles right next to his face, he's as gentle as can be. We’ve seen cats and dogs form adorable bonds with their horse friends, but this unlikely pair is truly my new favorite. If animals can be this accepting and unprejudiced, why can't we?!
