Animals who are a little different deserve just as much love and adoration.
Just like humans, furry four-legged friends are sometimes born with body abnormalities, diseases, or other conditions that make them look or operate differently.
But these animals can be just as affectionate and loving as any other. If fact, in some cases, they can become a life-changing part of the family like this little dog was to a boy and his family.
This was the case for little Bowie, a horse who was born with dwarfism.
Abandoned at only six weeks old and suffering from improperly growing feet, it seems like no one would come fourth to give him the love he needed.
This was before he got adopted into the most loving home.
Since then the tiny horse has been so happy, and loves to meet any animals that come his way, no matter how big or small.

Little Bowie couldn't be cuter, with his big eyes and fluffy coat.
Born with dwarfism, he is a fraction of the size of other horses.
Being abandoned at only 6 weeks old, he was fortunately adopted by a kind veterinary nurse.
But after he came into her care, she noticed someone off about his legs.
His little feet were jutting out, crooked and deformed.
If they kept on growing this way, he would likely have trouble walking as he got older.
So she took him to the University of Melbourne Equine Hospital do see if they could treat his feet.
The specialists fit him with tiny shoes, and he was eventually able to walk properly.
Since then, Bowie has been the happiest horse!
His adorable demeanor can be seen throughout all the photos on his Facebook page Bowie the wonder horse.
Being the size that he is, Bowie can cuddle up to whomever he wants.
His mannerisms are more like a lap dog than a horse.
With his sweet face and tiny stature, he is admired by all who meet him, especially kids.
All the interaction likely contributes to how warm and happy he is to everyone.
He's gotten to go on some wonderful adventures and meet different kinds of animals.
Making friends is pretty easy for him, regardless of the what kind.
He also loves to cuddle with tiny fluffy felines.
With a cute cat back on his back, Bowie almost looks like a standard-sized horse…
…until you see him next to a full-grown horse!
Despite needing a little extra care, the fluffy little horse's sweet face and loving personality makes him a true "wonder horse."
