Jennifer Aniston Has To Do 3 AM Workouts If That’s What Her Trainer Asks Of Her

Stars, they're just like us, right? Umm, we beg to differ. If anyone were to ask me to get up at 3 in the morning to do a workout, I'd kick them out of my house. Don't get me wrong — I love a good sweat session as much as the next person, but I prefer the hours when the sun is out, thank you very much!

Apparently Jennifer Aniston does not.

In a 2020 interview with Women's Health, Jen's personal trainer, Leyon Azubuike, spilled the beans on the crazy workout schedule this fit female keeps. Jen can plank for three full minutes. She regularly does boxing, strength training, and cardio, amongst other things.

Plus, she'll apparently fit a workout in whenever she can. Like, even at 3 a.m.!?!?!

Trust me when I say, that is nuts. My body just isn't functional at that time. Frankly, if I've missed my workout for the day and it's after 7 p.m., I'm probably just skipping that day. I guess that's what separates me from the smokin' hot Friends alum, huh?

Jennifer works out up to seven days a week, which does seem excessive. Even stars need rest days. The sessions go up to an hour and a half and range in intensity.

The training method that her personal trainer has her on is called "periodization," which means that her workouts are broken up into phases that might include weekly, monthly, or yearly programs.
