Tristan Thompson drama isn't anything new, but Khloé Kardashian finally spoke about Tristan's "other son" on camera. She wasn't the only Kardashian to confront Tristan about his cheating on the most recent episode of The Kardashians. Kylie and Kourtney both talked to him about his questionable behavior as well. Though Khloé acknowledged that what's done is done, she also told Tristan that he can't expect everyone in the family to just forget about his paternity scandal and move on.
In case you missed the scandal, Tristan secretly fathered another child with another woman while still with Khloé. In 2021, it was revealed that Tristan had a baby with Maralee Nichols. He kept this news from Khloé, who he was with at the time and who he encouraged to have another baby with him via surrogate, until Maralee sued him for child support. This was not his first cheating scandal.
Khloé and Tristan have two kids together: True and Tatum Thompson. Tristan is also the father of Maralee's child, Theo. For the first time, Khloé spoke of Theo on camera but didn't say his name.

"In this family, if you do something to one of us, it affects everyone and they're entitled to their feelings. It's not some small thing that happened," Khloé said to Tristan.
"But time has gone by. It's done. My son is here, your other son is here and some of their emotions have settled down. Not forgotten, not forgiven, but settled down," she told him.
Tristan responded by saying he respects Khloé's family and wanted to speak with each person individually. Khloé admitted she appreciates his willingness to address the issues directly instead of just running away and avoiding difficult conversations.
Kourtney confronted Tristan about his cheating, wondering if he ever feels remorse. Tristan said that he feels disgusted the next day after he cheats. "So why do you do it again?" she asked.
One of Tristan's cheating scandals also directly impacted Kylie because he cheated on Khloé with Kylie's former best friend Jordyn Woods. He acknowledged this when he spoke to her. "I think you were affected the most by a situation of losing a sister, basically. You lost Jordyn, who is a big part of your life," Tristan admitted.
Tristan apologized to her, and Kylie thanked him for it, but also told him that he does a lot of stupid and "crazy" things sometimes that she doesn't really understand. "You have such a good heart and good energy, and to know you is to love you, so, it's confusing," she told him.
Kylie said that she'd like to move on from the drama, but she also struggles to forget about how Tristan treated her sister.
However, Khloé defended Tristan, suggesting that he has changed or has at least tried to.
“Tristan has been doing a lot of therapy work and Tristan has been working on himself a lot. He wants to prove that he is a different person and I'm really not involved in these things," she said. "This is between him and each individual family member.”
