When I was younger, I spent most of my summer days either at summer camp, day camps, or inside the gymnastics gym bouncing around on the trampoline and doing somersaults until I felt sick.
During every one of these activities, there would come a time when the kids started to get bored and the teachers, camp counselors, and gymnastics instructors would have to lead us in some sort of group activity, and it always ended with the "trust game."
They would line up all of the kids and adults and one by one we would each take a turn, with our back to the crowd and our hands crossed over our chest, and we would fall back as the group scurried behind you to make sure you never hit the ground.
Back then it was a fun and scary all at the same time, but there were always plenty of people there to catch you when you fell.
In this video, and others like the video where a tiny tot puts all her trust in Dad to catch her while cheer stunting on the beach, being able to trust your partner or team means a lot more than just trusting them not to let you take a small spill to the ground if you don't get caught.
When this young boy walks over to his partner, instantly you can see that the two have a well practiced routine. Seconds in, you will forget that you are watching a real person, because this is so amazing it almost looks fake!
