Five-year-old JP Gibson has been living with acute lymphoblastic leukemia for most of his life, but that hasn't stopped any of his athletic dreams!
Recently, the Utah Jazz basketball team decided to do something special for this special little boy, and put him in the game during an open scrimmage.
Not only can you see the concentration and determination in his face, you can see his confident swagger after he makes a dunk! This is one of the best presents a little boy like JP could ever get, and it's wonderful to see professional athletes supporting such a good cause.
