Proposing to your significant other is a big deal and is certainly one of the most nerve-wracking and emotional moments someone can go through. For William Ledbetter, he had twice the suspense to plan on the big day, because he planned to pop the question to the two women in his life!
After his girlfriend Paige Evans accepted his proposal, Ledbetter pulled aside Paige's 5-year-old daughter Maddie.
"I proposed to my girlfriend tonight, but I wanted my sweet little girl to be included in the excitement as well," he captioned the YouTube video.
After breaking the news to Maddie that he and Paige are getting married, he presents his future stepdaughter with her own ring.
"You want to be my daughter forever, too?" he sweetly asks.
The little girl excitedly accepts with a resounding, "Yes!"
"I didn't want Maddie to see the pictures and ring I got for Paige and feel left out," he told the Huffington Post. "So I actually got Maddie a ring as well, along with a necklace and earrings so she would feel like she had 'won' over her mommy [by getting more].
