Becoming a new mom isn't easy. You learn things about yourself that you never, ever thought were possible. Things about your body, your temper, and the amount you can love a filthy, stinky, crusty toddler.
This new mom, Bonnie Kimmerly, illustrates all of the little frustrations and funny moments that come along with becoming a new mother on her Instagram account. Her sweet drawings are surely relatable for all moms, new and experienced.
On her website, Bonnie says:
"I was a frequent doodler and colorer as a kid, spending many dim sum and social outings with my face buried in pen and paper. Then, school and work and life happened, and drawing fell off my radar. Now that I am a new mama, I find drawing in my free (ha ha) time very calming and therapeutic."
Every mom has to find a way to unwind at the end of the day, and this mama has found one that we all can enjoy!
