As 3-year-old Millie McColl was undergoing chemotherapy, her nurses tried to make the uncomfortable experience a little more bearable with a wonderful surprise.
The hospital room at the New Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Glasgow transformed into a scene from Frozen (Millie's favorite movie). They sang the popular theme song "Let It Go," just like a New York nurse who performed the same tune with his young patient when she was getting a blood transfusion.
Mille, who was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma in June, seemed to enjoy the impromptu duet.
The video, shared on the Millie's Journey Facebook page, received more than 4,000 shares and 12,000 likes in just a few days.
"So this didn't quite go as I had pictured in my head but we all had fun and as always Millie is showing chemo won't bring her down!!" the caption reads. "I must thank the lovely girls from the night shift last night in schiehallion for being good sports and making Millie's day! You are all amazing!!"
Millie's family is also raising money to bring her over to the United States for treatment that isn't available overseas. If you'd like to help, please visit the donation page by clicking here.
