By now, most of you know that a bright coat of paint can give a jolt of new life into just about anything. Whether it's a car, a piece of furniture, or even a house, a fresh paint job can take anything from blah to brilliant.
But then, if you want something truly amazing, sometimes you need a little more than one coat of paint.
And if you want to turn a ho-hum school building into a place where young kids get inspired to learn and create every day, you're going to need a whole rainbow of paint.
That's what happened to the kindergarten in the town of Arcugnano, in Northern Italy near Venice.
Spanish street artist Okuda San Miguel, known for his makeovers of abandoned churches in Spain and also in Morocco, came to the town and treated the school to brightly colored murals on its walls.
San Miguel created murals featuring friendly animals in his traditional rainbow-hued, geometric style that's perfect for capturing the imaginations of kids and adults alike.
Check it out below and you might wish for a mural like this of your own!

Driving through the otherwise ordinary town of Arcugnano, Italy, you might be surprised to find this bright tower greeting you at the entrance to the local kindergarten.
It's even been given the honorary name of "Piazzetta Okuda San Miguel" or "Okuda San Miguel Square."
And behind it? Something even more amazing! Each wall of the school now sports a brilliantly colored mural created by Okuda San Miguel and his assistant, Antonyo Marest.
San Miguel chose mystical animals and themes of love, creativity, and freedom to inspire the kids every day.
The paintings give the school a bright, friendly, and welcoming look, and add some unique scenery to the town!
And naturally, the kids and teachers alike had a great time watching San Miguel and Marest create the images on the walls right before their eyes.
And as he did with the church in Morocco, San Miguel also incorporated the building's windows into some of the murals, turning them into the eyes of these two characters.
And he even found a clever way to turn a set of three windows into a mythical three-eyed beast! It looks friendly, though.
Another wall got an abstract design that looks like an enormous crystal or plant. But even though it's abstract, its bright colors and starburst shape still give it a positive, happy feeling.
And check out that slanting, grass-covered roof behind it. That's pretty neat, too!
