Statues are often meant to commemorate important moments in history or figures who have left a mark on society.
Some of these pieces even hold hidden treasures that teach us more about the past, like the little Buddhist statue dating back to the 11th or 12th century.
Tons of people travel hours, and sometimes days, to get a close glimpse of these famous landmarks all around the world. Of course, they also take photos with the marvelous pieces.
For some travelers, however, the encounter becomes the perfect moment to let loose and have a little fun. Instead of just snapping a traditional photo next to the statues, the people in the photos below made sure to get much more creative. I couldn't believe what one man did during a trip to the Statue of Bacchus at the Boboli Gardens in Florence, Italy. And, there's also a guy who showed the evil side of McDonald's beloved mascot, Ronald McDonald.
See the pictures and please SHARE if you found them as hilarious as I did!
