If you and your kids are tired of having the same old breakfast, it's time to add a little more color to your cooking. This week on FridgeCam, Barry and Mike experiment making some rainbow pancakes — and after you see the final product, you'll be racing to the kitchen to make it, too.
To make the pancakes, simply prepare the pancake batter by following the directions on any box. Then, pour the batter into several small bowls. Each bowl will get a few drops of food coloring (red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, etc.) Then pour the pancake mix onto the griddle and make as normal. Finally, stack your pancakes however you like. Serve and enjoy!
This super easy twist on the original pancake is a fun treat for kids and adults alike. I can't think of a more bright and cheery way to start my morning.
