Family Of Late Singer Selena Quintanilla Appears To Reunite With Her Husband Chris Pérez

It appears as though Chris Pérez has reconciled with the family of his late wife, Selena Quintanilla. On Wednesday, the guitarist revealed that he'd taken a trip to Corpus Christi, Texas. He posted two separate photos on his Instagram posing with Selena's sister, Suzette Quintanilla, and father, Abraham Isaac Quintanilla Jr.

"Made a drive to Corpus today. Guess where I ended up?" he captioned the post. "It was so good to see everyone and see the amazing operations of Q. Productions but, more importantly, catching up with Suzette and Abraham. Can’t wait to come back and visit with the fam! Good times!"

Many fans in the comments applauded the moment.

"SELENA IS SO PROUD OF YOU CHRIS!!!! ❤️ ," one user wrote.

Another commented: "That’s amazing. Praying for many more moments like this. Life is short, forgive and make new memories. She’s smiling down from heaven at this reunion ."

Chris and the Quintanilla family had been in a years-long legal battle over the widower's plans to create a miniseries based on his memoir, To Selena, With Love. Abraham opposed the show and declared that the book itself was unauthorized. He sued his son-in-law over the TV deal, to which Chris countersued. In 2021, Chris took to Twitter to share that he'd "amicably resolved” the feud.
