It is amazing how complex and unique the personalities of dogs can be. You can have one that recognizes her favorite Michael Jackson song and is always ready to sing along, or another pup that's so into his mom's lullaby, he decides to sing along — even if it means falling asleep himself! I mean, even this boxer celebrated his first birthday the same way a little kid would! Having a unique personality also comes with likes, dislikes, personal preferences, and things of that nature. Roxanne Miller's boxer, the pup you're about to see in the video below, definitely has some personal preferences, especially when it comes to bedtime. Luckily for us, she was able to record as her boxer whines and begs when it's time to go to sleep.
The video begins with the pup staring directly at Miller as she records him, and the look on his face says it all.
He is definitely sleepy, but he just doesn't want to go to sleep unless his mom is there with him.
What follows is a back and forth that reminds me a lot of when I was a little kid, and I would try to argue with my mom to let me stay up longer and watch TV!
The best part is that Miller never loses her patience or raises her voice at the pup — instead, she treats him just as she would her own son!
