All Recipes is here to teach you how to make mouth-watering, beefy burgers stuffed with savory bacon and sautéed onions. You can serve these juicy bacon-stuffed burgers topped with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. I'm drooling already!

It only takes 35 minutes to make these stuffed burgers. Here are the directions:

  1. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add onions to the pan; cook and stir until bacon is browned, but not yet crisp, and onion is soft. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel–lined plate. Season to taste with black pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and onion soup mix. Divide into 8 balls and then flatten into thin patties. Place a quarter of the bacon mixture onto 4 of the patties. Top with the remaining 4 patties and press the edges together to seal.
  3. Grill the burgers for about 15 minutes, turning once, until well done.
  4. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.

These burgers are massive, but there is enough fat in the beef and bacon to hold them together. Also, pressing them together helps them to hold on the grill.
